1. How to Read These Examples
Search for sales funnel examples and you will mostly find templates and screenshots with no numbers attached. That is not useful when you are deciding where to spend real money. The eight examples below are funnels we built and documented for clients, each with the figures that matter: ad spend, leads, cost per lead and revenue.
For each one we cover the offer, the funnel structure, the result and the single lesson worth copying. If you want the definitions first, see the sales funnel glossary entry. If you want the full library, every result is grouped by industry on our case studies page.
Numbers vary with industry, price, market and creative. Treat each example as proof that a structure can work, not as a forecast for your business. Model your own numbers in the funnel conversion calculator before you copy anything.
A quick note on the metrics. Cost per lead is ad spend divided by leads, and it only means something next to lead quality. Return on ad spend is revenue divided by ad spend; a 19x return on a small budget is not the same as 4x on a large one, so look at both numbers. Cost per booked call matters most for high-ticket offers, because a cheap lead that never books is not cheap. Where a case shows only one of these figures, that is the one the client documented, and we have not filled in the gaps with estimates.
2. High-Ticket VSL Funnel: $1.52M in 19 Months
Offer: a high-ticket consulting program sold on a call.
Structure: cold Meta ads into an interactive diagnostic front end, a short VSL, an application, an AI qualification call within a minute, then a three-touch reminder sequence before the sales call.
Result: $1.52M collected from cold traffic in 19 months. Before the rebuild, the client's cost per booked call averaged $280 with a 38% no-show rate. After it, cost per booked call fell to $112.
Lesson: the video sold the program, but the follow-up kept the pipeline full. The full breakdown is in the $1.52M case study, and we explain how to build the same structure in how to build a high ticket funnel.
3. Low-Ticket Funnel: $847K From a $27 Product
Offer: a $27 digital system with a $17 order bump.
Structure: a long-form sales page, a two-step checkout with the bump, a one-click upsell, a downsell, and a thank-you page that seeded the backend program.
Result: $847K collected, with 112% of ad spend recovered on day zero. The front end paid for its own traffic, so every backend sale was profit.
Lesson: average order value decides whether a low-ticket funnel scales. The page-by-page breakdown is on the $847K low-ticket case study, and the economics are in our self-liquidating offer breakdown.
The same model has worked at smaller scale too. One low-ticket client made 132 sales on $1,214.35 of ad spend at 11.7x return, and another did $58,108 in a single day at 4.52x.
4. Webinar Funnel: $64,960 on $2,184
Offer: a coaching program pitched at the end of a live training.
Structure: a registration page, confirmation and reminder emails and texts, the live webinar, and a booking calendar for application calls.
Result: $64,960 in revenue and 140 appointments on $2,184 of ad spend, a 29.7x return.
Lesson: webinars win when the offer needs teaching before buying. Attendance, not registration, is the number to watch, which is why the reminder sequence carries so much weight. Our webinar funnel page shows the structure we use.
5. Local Lead Funnels: Roofing and Med Spa
Roofing: 537 leads at $4.27
Structure: a short multi-step form behind a Meta ad, phone verification to filter junk, and instant SMS plus a call attempt within a minute.
Result: 537 leads at $4.27 cost per lead on $2,292 of ad spend.
Med spa: $11,700 on $590
Structure: a specific treatment offer, a short opt-in, automated booking, and reminders before the appointment.
Result: $11,700 in revenue from 45 leads on $590 of spend, a 19.8x return.
Lesson: in local services, the funnel is short and the follow-up is fast. Cheap leads only become revenue when someone reaches them while they are still interested. See our roofing funnels and med spa funnels pages for the industry versions.
6. MVA Intake Funnel: $388K on $20K
Offer: a free case review for motor vehicle accident claimants, run for a personal injury firm.
Structure: a qualification quiz that screened for accident date, injury and representation status, followed by an instant intake call.
Result: 1,079 leads at $18.94 each, producing $388,000 in revenue on $20,324 of ad spend, a 19.09x return.
Lesson: qualification questions raise cost per lead slightly but sharply improve lead quality. A quiz funnel lets the prospect qualify themselves before your intake team spends a minute on them. More examples are on the MVA case studies hub.
7. Summit and SaaS Launch Funnels
Virtual summit: 15,958 registrations at $7.48
Structure: a free registration page, a speaker lineup, daily reminders and an all-access pass upsell.
Result: 15,958+ registrations at $7.48 each, building a large audience fast for a coaching business.
AI SaaS: $71,934 in 24 days
Structure: a product-led landing page with a clear demo, direct checkout and onboarding emails.
Result: $71,934 in revenue and 320 new customers in 24 days.
Lesson: summits trade revenue today for audience size, so they need a backend. SaaS funnels win when the product can be shown, not described. Our SaaS funnels page covers the trial and demo variants.
8. Which Example Fits Your Business?
Start with your price and how people buy, not with the example that made the most money. A quick way to match:
- You sell a product under about $50 online: copy the low-ticket structure. Your success depends on the checkout, the order bump and the upsell, not on a sales team.
- You sell a program or service that needs a conversation: copy the high-ticket or webinar structure, depending on how much teaching the prospect needs before they are ready to talk.
- You serve a local area: copy the roofing or med spa structure. Keep the form short, verify phone numbers and call within a minute.
- Your leads need screening: copy the MVA quiz structure. Let qualification questions do the filtering before your team picks up the phone.
- You need an audience before you can sell: a summit or free event builds one quickly, as long as there is a backend offer waiting.

9. Mistakes When Copying a Funnel Example
We see the same errors whenever a business tries to clone a funnel it saw online:
- Copying the pages and skipping the follow-up. Every example above relied on contact within seconds and reminders before calls. The pages alone would not have produced these numbers.
- Copying the offer instead of the structure. A $27 template pack works for one audience and fails for another. Keep the mechanics, rewrite the offer for your buyer.
- Judging too early. High-ticket and webinar funnels need weeks of data because calls and closes lag behind ad spend. Decide your test budget and timeline before launch.
- Ignoring tracking. If your ad platform only sees opt-ins, it will find more people who opt in, not more people who buy. Send qualified, booked and purchase events back server-side.
- Changing five things at once. Test the headline, the offer or the follow-up timing one at a time, or you will never know what worked.
Use the funnel KPI dashboard template to track the same metrics we used to judge each example.
10. The Patterns Behind Every Example
| Example | Funnel type | Ends in | Key number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consulting | Diagnostic + VSL | Booked call | $1.52M in 19 months |
| Digital product | Self-liquidating offer | Checkout | 112% ad spend recovered day zero |
| Coaching | Webinar | Booked call | 29.7x return |
| Roofing | Short lead form | Quote call | $4.27 per lead |
| Med spa | Treatment offer | Appointment | 19.8x return |
| Personal injury | Quiz | Intake call | 19.09x return |
| Coaching summit | Free event | Registration | $7.48 per registration |
| AI SaaS | Product page | Checkout | 320 customers in 24 days |
Notice what the table does not show: page design. None of these results came from a particularly clever layout. They came from matching the funnel type to the offer and then running the follow-up and tracking properly.
Three patterns show up in all eight. First, the funnel type matched the price and buying process. Second, follow-up started in seconds: across 60+ speed-to-lead deployments we measured a median first contact of 38 seconds and a 2.4x lift in lead-to-booking. Third, conversions were sent back to the ad platform server-side, which recovered 31% more events and gave the algorithm better data.
The booked-call examples also shared a reminder layer. With three-channel reminders by SMS, email and call, we have seen show-up rates of up to 88%, which is often the difference between a funnel that looks expensive and one that pays back. The no-show reminder sequence is the template we start from.
If you want one of these structures built for your offer, our sales funnel agency builds them in 5 to 10 business days. Pricing is covered in how much does a sales funnel cost, or you can book a strategy call and we will tell you which example is closest to your business.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a good example of a sales funnel?
A good example has a clear offer, a single next step on each page, instant follow-up and tracked results. Our $1.52M consulting funnel is a strong high-ticket example: cold ads into a diagnostic front end and VSL, an application, a qualification call within a minute, and a reminder stack before the sales call.
Which type of sales funnel converts best?
There is no universal winner. The funnel type that converts best is the one that matches price and buying process. Products under about $50 convert well through direct checkout funnels, offers needing a conversation convert best through application or quiz funnels, and education-heavy offers often suit webinars.
Can I copy these sales funnel examples for my business?
You can copy the structure and the follow-up logic, which are what produced the results. Do not copy the offer or the numbers expectations wholesale. Cost per lead and close rate vary by industry, price point and market, so model your own numbers with a calculator before you commit ad budget.
How many steps should a sales funnel have?
As few as the buying decision allows. Lead gen funnels for local services often work with an ad, a short form and an instant call. A low-ticket product funnel usually has four or five pages including checkout and upsells. High-ticket funnels add a video, an application and a booked call.
Where can I see more sales funnel examples by industry?
Our case study library is grouped by industry, including roofing, HVAC, med spas, mortgage, personal injury, coaching, low-ticket and eCommerce. Each case shows the documented numbers, such as leads, cost per lead, ad spend and revenue, so you can compare results with businesses that look like yours.
