A personal injury lead funnel that delivers signable accident cases
What does a personal injury lead funnel ask claimants?
When the accident happened, whether they were at fault, whether they received medical treatment, whether police were called, and whether they already have an attorney. Those five answers predict case viability. The phone number is OTP-verified, consent is captured, and intake calls within a minute or the claimant calls in directly.
The case qualifier
The quiz is framed as "see if you may have a case" and stays under six questions:
- Type of accident (car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian).
- When did it happen? Recent accidents are within the statute of limitations and easier to document.
- Were you at fault?
- Did you receive medical treatment?
- Do you already have a lawyer?
- Name, state and verified phone number.
Claimants who already have counsel or were clearly at fault get a respectful exit instead of an intake call. Our lead qualification questions template covers wording for each step.
Verified calls and intake speed
Personal injury is the clearest case for speed-to-lead automation: the first firm to have a real conversation usually signs the case. Our builds verify the phone by one-time code, then either connect the claimant straight to intake or ring intake staff with the quiz answers on screen. One campaign produced 276+ OTP-verified calls in five days. After hours, an AI voice agent collects accident details and books a callback without giving legal advice.
Attorney advertising and consent
Follow your state bar's advertising rules: label ads and pages as attorney advertising where required, do not promise outcomes or settlement amounts, and identify the responsible attorney or firm. Past results need the disclaimers your jurisdiction requires. Automated calls and texts need prior express written consent naming the firm, captured beside the submit button and stored with the lead. Avoid buying shared leads whose consent and origin you cannot document.
MVA lead costs and revenue in our cases
Our MVA and personal injury case studies are the largest data set we have: 8,810 leads at $7.61 on $67,013.43, 6,275 leads at $4.38, 1,865 leads at $5.24, and 530 leads at $27. The $388K revenue case paid $18.94 per lead across 1,079 leads for a 19.09x return. Another program booked 387 appointments. We go deeper in exclusive MVA leads explained.
Where firms lose signable cases
- Intake that works 9 to 5 while most accident searches happen evenings and weekends.
- Optimizing for cheap leads instead of signed retainers.
- No follow-up after the first unanswered call.
- Creative that sounds like every other firm's billboard.
